2 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Corn starch 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Pineapple tidbits 1 tb Butter 1 tb Lemon juice 1 lb Can of beets, slice & drain Combine brown sugar, corn starch and salt in pan. Stir in the pineapple with syrup. Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles. Add butter, lemon juice and beets. Cook for about 5 minutes. Randy Rigg
