--------------------------FOR POULTRY, PORK, LAMB-------------------------- 2 T Black bean sauce
1/2 t Dry mustard
2 T Dry sherry
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1/2 cup
