1 c Mayonnaise Must be real mayonnaise 1 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla 2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda Recipe by: Jere Duncan Combine first three ingredients; mix well. Add flour and soda and again mix well. Make small balls, flatten by criss-crossing with a fork dipped in flour. Bake in 325 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. These are one of Stan's favorite cookies. Some of the gals I used to work with still request for me to bring in some "Mayo Cookies". These cookies are delicious and so easy to make. No eggs, milk or butter, but instead real mayonnaise gives them a delightfully different taste! -----
