From Anolon's Advanced line, this 5.5-qt. Covered Saucier Pan is ideal for cooking sauces, sautéing, browning, poaching and churning out delicious stir fries. It features a nonstick surface, which ensures that food will slide out easily and cleanup will be a cinch. Made from heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum, it offers quick and even heat distribution as well as long-lasting durability. Bright chrome handles have hanging holes for storage and soft, stay-cool rubber grips for slip-resistance. The dome-shaped lid is made from tempered glass and secures tightly to the pan to lock in all the flavors and moisture when you're cooking. Both the pan and the lid are oven-safe up to 375F. Handwash with mild dish soap.
