The Briel espresso machine is equipped with patented Crema Master filters for ground coffee or pods and an AquaStop No-Drip system that prevents dripping and the need to 'bleed' the machine of any remaining water. There's a filter holder and filter basket for ground coffee and a special filter holder for coffee serving pods. Two thermostats regulate the coffee cycle and steaming process for the pump with a third 'safety' thermostat located on the pump in the event of continuous use. A Turbo Jet frother is combined with the Thermo Block technology (a Briel exclusive) to instantly produce plentiful dry steam for a thick milk froth for a cappuccino or latte.
