An industry first. This fabric was created for you - the Chef. A solid 7oz twill, this fabric is 65 poly/35 cotton with soil release compound infused into every fiber. This enables you to get the best possible results with home or commerical washing. Cool wash water temperauures work best with this fabric and hot dryers won't make it shrink as a 1 shrink rate guaranteed for the entire life of the product. Put your iron away!
