SIMAX Use & Care
SIMAX is a high-quality product with multi-purpose use which will serve you not only for preparing the meals, but also for their subsequent cooling, freezing, warming and serving. The transparency of the glass will make it possible for you to observe the process of boiling and in both the refrigerator and freezer an easy identification of the stored food. Wash the glassware before using for the first time. Handle with care. The glass can crack due to the effect of inadequate pressure, abrasion, shock or rapid cooling. When using glassware observe the principles of gradual warming up and cooling down. Do not put empty glassware on a source of heat, do not put hot glass on a cold or wet surface. The glassware can be washed in an automatic dishwasher using common washing products. If heavily soiled remove with only a fine washing product. Do not use coarse cleaning products (scouring powder or a scourer) which scrape the surface of the glass.
Both the packaging and the glass is made of recyclable, ecological materials.
Round baking pans and baking dishes
The SIMAX pans and dishes are intended for preparing meals in all kinds of ovens, including microwave and hot-air ovens (respect the instructions of their manufacturer). If the bottom of the dish is of a smaller or identical size as the hot-plate the products can be put on the hot-plate (including the glass-ceramic items).
Oval and square baking pans and baking dishes
The SIMAX pans and dishes are intended for preparing meals in all kinds of ovens, including microwave and hot-air ovens (respect the instructions of their manufacturer).
Kettles, glasses, pots
The products can be used on electric, gas and glass-ceramic hot-plates, if the bottom of the dish is of a smaller or identical size as the hot-plate. The products marked with the relevant diagram on the wrapping, can by used in a microwave oven (respect the instructions of their manufacturer).
The products which are supplied together with a plastic sealing cover, when closed, are suitable for the storage of food in a refrigerator or a freezer. Do not freeze soups, souces, drinks and other liquids. Before boiling or warming up on a kitchen stove or in a microwave oven, remove the above mentioned plastic cover from the container. Do not put the container on a hot-plate straight from a cold environment. With kettles with plastic handles do not use on a hot-plate larger than the base of the kettle to prevent damaging the handle by radiant heat.
